Physical health is determined by the proper food intake, adequate rest and exercise. A balanced diet plays an important role in determining health. Therefore, what we eat influences rather in determining what will be our physical condition. Proper nutrition is necessary for good health.

Bad eating habits can lead to numerous physical ailments such as diabetes, obesity, heartburn or cardiovascular disease. It is always recommended by nutritionists that a proper diet should include plenty of fruits and vegetables. We must supplement our diet with vitamins, proteins and minerals.

Therefore, proper health can be achieved by:
• A balanced and nutritious diet
• Exercise
• Rest
A balanced diet includes some of the following components:
• Proteins, Vitamin B2 is found in foods such as meat, milk, cheese and skimmed milk powder.
• Vitamin C, Cartenoide: tomatoes, papaya, watermelon, oranges, apples.
• Folic acid, fiber, calcium, eggplant, peppers, cauliflower, onion, carrot.
• Energy, fat, fatty acids: lard, cooking oil, butter, mustard, coconut oil.
• Proteins, Vitamin B2, iron, rice, wheat, grains, cereals, corn, puffed rice.

It is true that if you want to be healthy and have skin that shines, you need to follow a balanced diet low in oils. A diet containing monounsaturated fat is also recommended. Monounsaturated fats are found in foods like avocados, olives, soybeans, black chocolate, nuts, seeds, and flax, sunflower and olive oils.
